docs: add project README

Summary

• Adds a root README.md with a project overview, feature list, tech stack, local development instructions, scripts, project structure, deployment notes, and license.
• Separate from the assets API change in feat: point assets API at assets.codersoft.xyz with hamburger fallback #80.

Notes

• Kept the content aligned with the repo: pnpm scripts from package.json, Express + Vercel API routes, Supabase/UploadThing integrations, and GPLv3 license.
