- Line 15: Update the deprecation warning statement to clarify that it is
written to standard error and does not change the CLI’s validation behavior,
report output, or exit status; remove the broader claims about unchanged output

Risk Assessment: moderate (2/5) DetailsTier 1 signals unchanged from prior review (avg ~2.38): two protected-path edits, zero test-file ratio per script despite new snapshot, medium blast radius across 14 files. Tier 2 improved slightly (avg ~2.3 vs prior 2.67): 3 distinct authors in 90-day window on core changed files, no regressions or reverts. Sole incremental commit adds acceptance test snapshot for VSA deprecation warnings. Composite 0.62x2.38+0.38x2.3=2.35 rounds to 2. Previous runRisk Assessment: moderate (2/5) DetailsTier 1 average 2.38 (two max-scoring dimensions: 2 protected-path edits and 0.00 test-file ratio despite 3 Go source files touched). Tier 2 average 2.67 (7 distinct authors in 90d on changed files). No Tier 3 (Jira EC-2006 inaccessible). Weighted composite 2.49 rounded to 2. Functional scope is narrow (stderr warnings + docs), low-complexity Go additions, majority of lines are in documentation. |

The codecoverage is right in that the paths with warnings are untested, otherwise lgtm.
Retro: PR #3629 — feat(validate): warn on deprecated VSA usageThis was a human-authored PR by joejstuart adding deprecation warnings for VSA functionality across 14 files (124 additions, 19 deletions). The workflow executed cleanly with no rework iterations. Timeline
Workflow qualityOverall: Good. No rework, efficient re-review, correct challenger adjudication, and appropriate human review gate via Challenger performance (positive): Correctly removed a false-positive code-duplication claim about Re-review optimization (positive): The second run correctly narrowed scope after recognizing the prior review was clean and the incremental delta was one snapshot file, saving ~30% on sub-agent cost.
