What should the resource manage?
Fastlane is an open-source automation tool for mobile app development. It automates repetitive tasks around building, signing, testing, and releasing iOS and Android apps.
It's primarily used by mobile developers and CI/CD systems.
Can you decide what would be best for Codify to manage? We should atleast manage the installation of fastlane and fastlane init within a project.

Installation Notes (optional)
The tool requires ruby 3.0 to install so make sure that is available. If not then throw an error and recommend the user uses the rbenv resource to install ruby.
