Design refresh

• Introduces a clean, consistent light dashboard theme with calmer colors, compact controls, improved spacing, responsive layout, and simpler typography.
• Reduces primary navigation to Dashboard, Network Scan, Website Audit, DNS & Email, and Reports.
• Removes clutter from primary navigation while preserving the underlying real scan and report functionality.
• Clarifies the dashboard title and summary copy.

Safety and scope

• No simulated results or new scan capabilities added.
• Existing authorization checks and server-side allowlists remain unchanged.
• Wi-Fi/LAN/local-only functions are no longer promoted as primary navigation on the GitHub Pages workspace.
