Summary

• Add a dedicated Wi-Fi Scanner tab to the workspace navigation.
• Connect the page to the existing authenticated loopback Windows endpoint for live nearby access point details.
• Display SSID, BSSID, signal, channel, derived frequency/band, and reported authentication/encryption with JSON and CSV export.
• Add a direct handoff to the authenticated local workspace and explain that GitHub Pages alone cannot scan nearby Wi-Fi.

No real Wi-Fi scan is run in CI; the existing scanner tests use mocked command output.
