Converts the Wayline, Savor, Parley and Skirmish backends' entity timestamps from long millis to java.time.Instant, and resyncs their Initializr templates.
Depends on #6094 (ORM java.time mapping), and is meant to merge for 7.0.280: the Initializr templates are built against the released framework, and only a release that includes #6094 accepts java.time entity fields. Until then the "Initializr downloads (released framework)" check fails here by design.
Storage is unchanged (Instant maps to the same epoch-millis BIGINT), so no migrations. Wire DTOs stay long millis.
