[Bug] Cannot detect GitHub username when provisioning an instructor copy of an assignment

Description

What were you doing when the problem occurred?

Creating an instructor copy

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to view an assignment's details
2. Click "Provision instructor copy"
3. In the modal, click "Provision instructor copy" without entering in an org/repo

Expected behavior

What did you expect to happen instead?

• See a placeholder in the owner/repo input naming the default location that the instructor copy would be generated in if nothing was supplied. I thought the default would 1) use the instructor's personal account and 2) use the existing naming pattern for the assignment as the repo name.
• I did not expect to see the "Creating the instructor copy..." message until I clicked "Provision instructor copy"
• Clicking the button in the modal produced the error message "Could not determine your GitHub username." (As I understand it, that should be auto-detected)

• CodeHub Classroom version: 0.1.17
• Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
