Removed all the runara related commits and reverts. Feel free to squash.

Might I suggest you take you original idea of .gitmodules for runara compositing is hard enough by itself.

so that when you fix the 18 issues/continue working on it, I can drop -Drunara:werror=false (+ glad still outputs a lot of warnings too).

the first -Dwerror=true makes it so that any error inside vortex fails CI/CD

* KMS holds the whole flip on IN_FENCE_FD, an uncapped client stalled it up to 206 ms * late surfaces stay composited for 60 frames to avoid plane flapping
