CloudNativePG 1.30 is the only release currently supported by the community, so state it as the minimum version in the requirements and installation pages, and drop the now-redundant 1.27 recommendation. Also state that the in-tree Barman Cloud support, deprecated since 1.26, will be removed in CloudNativePG 1.32.0. Signed-off-by: Gabriele Bartolini <gabriele.bartolini@enterprisedb.com>
