Yarn was removed from node:lts-alpine, which broke the Dockerfile. Switch to npm: replace yarn.lock with package-lock.json, map resolutions to overrides, and update the Dockerfile, CI workflow, Renovate config, .gitignore and README. CI now uses node-version: lts/*, because latest resolved to a Node.js 27 alpha that Docusaurus rejects.

Replace yarn.lock with package-lock.json, map resolutions to npm
overrides, and update the Dockerfile, CI workflow, Renovate config,
.gitignore and README accordingly.

The docs image is switching from yarn to npm (cloudnative-pg/docs#180).
Use `npm run build`, which works with both the current and the new
image, and drop the stale yarn.lock entry from docs/.gitignore.

`node-version: latest` resolved to a Node.js pre-release
(v27.0.0-alpha), which Docusaurus rejects.
Use `lts/*` instead, and drop the redundant `check-latest` input.

lts/* downloads the release when the runner does not have it, so the
old comment was wrong.
