Same tag point as #49, though here observability-governance looks like the right one given the audit model. Unless inventing one is intentional, of course. As always, LGTM

What is this note about?
A research note on Obot as a governed AI platform combining MCP and LLM gateways, hosted sandboxed agents and MCP servers, identity and policy, skills/MCP registries, and correlated audit. It maps those capabilities to potential Cloud Foundry shared services, bindings, Diego execution, isolation, and Loggregator auditing.
