…flysystem-local to the dev requirements league/flysystem and psr/log are used directly by the tasks but were only installed through league/flysystem-bundle and cleverage/process-bundle; league/flysystem-local is used by the tests. Fixes #45: declare the packages used directly (part of the dependency check of process-bundle and all the bridges).
