Description
Localization modifier params are now read the way Liquid and Nunjucks read string literals: a quoted param runs from its opening quote to the matching quote, and everything in between is kept as written.
Before,
getModifierWithParamssplit the expression on every(,,and)and then removed every'and"from each piece. fr-FRlegal consent checkbox ("Conditions dutilisation") at the parser level, so it also covers customers' custom localizations. #10089 works around the same bug by switching thatfr-FRlabel to a typographic apostrophe. The two PRs are independent.Unquoted params only have stray quotes removed from their start and end, so malformed strings such as
weekday('en-US")parse exactly as before, while an apostrophe inside an unquoted label is kept. Run side by side over all 1,265 modifier expressions in@clerk/localizations, the old and new parsers differ only on thefr-FRlabel above.Checklist
