   Implemented in packages/host/cpp/RuntimeNodeApi.cpp: napi_get_buffer_info returns the backing data pointer and byte length, handling both the ArrayBuffer and the Uint8Array view the host's buffer functions hand out.

   Hermes' first-party Node-API also implements it (API/napi/hermes_napi_buffer.cpp, adopted in #372); the host's definition currently shadows it in the generated injector.

   Covered by packages/node-addon-examples/tests/buffers (a port of Node's test_buffer). The remaining fidelity gap versus a real Buffer stays tracked in #171.
