   Implemented on next. Hermes' first-party Node-API provides napi_create_async_work (API/napi/hermes_napi_async_work.cpp, adopted in #372), and #398 supplies the hermes_napi_host hooks it needs: post_work / cancel_work backed by a process-global worker pool, with completions delivered on the JS thread through the runtime's CallInvoker (packages/host/cpp/HermesNapiHost.cpp).

   Covered by packages/node-addon-examples/tests/async (execute runs off the JS thread, complete runs on it) and the Catch2 suite in packages/host/tests.
