    Implemented by Hermes' first-party Node-API, adopted in #372: API/napi/hermes_napi_async_context.cpp.

    Hermes has no async_hooks system, so napi_async_init allocates a minimal context token and accepts (but ignores) async_resource / async_resource_name, which are only meaningful for Node's async tracing.
