…from_formula

The example in the docstring of LinearFactorModelGMM.from_formula imported LinearFactorModel and created LinearFactorModel models, a copy of the example of LinearFactorModel.from_formula. It now imports and creates LinearFactorModelGMM models. The second call is split over two lines to keep the line length.

The new tests run the examples of the from_formula methods of the three models, and check that each example imports and creates the model that is documented.
