The e2e tests pin apify_client<3.0.0 because v3 requires Python 3.11. Once Python 3.10 support is dropped (#1721), the pin can move to v3 and the e2e test needs porting to the v3 API (Pydantic models instead of dicts, wait_duration instead of wait_secs).
