Replace deprecated lazy='noload' in SQL storage models #2272

Description

@vdusek

SQLAlchemy 2.1 deprecates the noload loader strategy. The four relationships in src/crawlee/storage_clients/_sql/_db_models.py use it, so users with SQLAlchemy 2.1 get:

SADeprecationWarning: The ``noload`` loader strategy is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

The relationships are never read, and deletes rely on the FK ondelete='CASCADE'. lazy='raise' with passive_deletes=True should work as a replacement.
