docker apache/cloudstack-simulator missing 4.22.1.0 #13754

problem
We use cloudstack simulator for various projects related to testing (e.g. cs from pypi) from docker hub but it seems the latest LTS was not updated

backported to 4.22.1.0 release and fixed other issues: 4.22...4.22.1.0-backport-docker-fix

github action has successfully built and uploaded the docker image for 4.22.1.0, with the changes above.

Thanks for the image, we can confirm, it works.
We don't make use of mutable tags but feel free to add the
:latestto the latest stable release.
