🎯 What & why

Make 00-async-dev a small router that loads only the selected setup, run, or review sequence. This addresses #420's always-loaded routing detail while preserving the documented trigger and action contracts.

🛠️ How it works

  • SKILL.md now contains the flow, action table, and transversal rules. actions/route.md reads the single detailed routing reference, then opens one mode sequence.
  • The mode files retain the existing ordered actions and runtime SDLC discovery. Explicit conflict exceptions still route to review; blocking conflicts stop.
  • Evidence records 19 baseline/new routing scenarios and reproducible line counts: shortest path 424 → 364, longest path 796 → 750. Review cleared; challenge reports 85% confidence.

🧪 How to verify

  • Run node --test scripts/__tests__/async-dev-router.test.js and node --test scripts/__tests__/skill-argument-hints.test.js. Expected: 6/6 and 5/5 passing. Both passed locally.
  • Run node scripts/check-architecture-rules.js and node scripts/check-markdown-links.js. Expected: no violations or broken links. Locally: 358 governed files and 0 broken links in 985 files.
  • Reproduce the line counts with the command in evidence.md. Expected: review 424 → 364 and setup 796 → 750.
  • Unverified: invoke the skill once per mode in a host to confirm runtime selection and outcomes. The tests guard the Markdown contract; they do not execute a host's skill interpreter.

⚠️ Heads-up

The full scripts-tests pre-commit suite was interrupted after more than eight minutes in unrelated telemetry-hook tests. The cli-test pre-push suite was interrupted after more than ten minutes; this PR changes no cli/ files. Both gates remain for CI. Other pre-commit gates and cli-knip passed locally.

Keep one routing contract while reducing the content read for setup, run, and review. Preserve the existing action order and trigger aliases.
