The five patch releases contain no fix that this operator needs.
Most fixes are for other databases, for R2DBC, for implicit joins, or for the SQL parser, and the operator uses none of them.
The fixes that touch PostgreSQL are for INSERT .. ON CONFLICT (#20034), JSONB converters in MULTISET (#20129) and SERIAL columns in the code generator (#20116).
The operator does not use these features either.

What changed

1. jOOQ and the jOOQ code generation plugin go from 3.21.4 to 3.21.9.
2. The generated sources are generated again. In all 27 files, the @Generated annotation now shows jOOQ version:3.21.9.
3. PgRoles and PgRolesRecord now have the JSpecify annotations. This change does not come from jOOQ 3.21.9. Enhance the NullAway configuration #68 enabled @NonNull and @Nullable in the generated code and regenerated the sources, but Reconcile Role resources with a non-superuser admin such as the master user of managed PostgreSQL cloud services #71 added pg_roles at a later time. Thus these two files never got the annotations. All getters and setters of PgRolesRecord are now @Nullable, because pg_roles is a view and PostgreSQL reports every column of a view as nullable. The operator code compiles with these annotations, and NullAway reports no errors.

Tests

• ./gradlew :generated:jooqCodegen against the PostgreSQL Dev Service of quarkusDev.
• ./gradlew compileJava compileTestJava passes with Error Prone and NullAway.
• ./gradlew test: 179 tests pass, 0 fail. 2 tests are skipped, because they run only on PostgreSQL versions older than 17.

jOOQ goes from 3.21.4 to 3.21.9. No other dependency changes.
