I spent about a decade as a mechanical design and instrumentation & control engineer, working with CAD, process equipment and a lot of routine engineering paperwork. Today I use AI coding agents to turn that domain knowledge into software: browser-based calculators, configurators and automation that replace spreadsheets and manual workflows. I care about tools that engineers actually use: correct to the standard, fast, and privacy-first.

- Ship small, ship often: focused single-purpose utilities, published and improved in public.
