Minor Changes

• 1c70be4: Codex over ACP is a full agent (codex-cli-acp-is-a-full-agent, ADR 0052). codex-cli-acp now runs a stage in a named sandbox - workspace-write for plan, implement, update and verify, read-only otherwise, as codex-cli does - and with the stage's model and effort (low to max), all set as ACP session options through session/set_config_option before the prompt. Every option is checked first against what the agent's session lists; a model or effort it does not offer fails the run in words before anything is set (OSW-AGT-223, OSW-AGT-224). It reports tokens and a context gauge. Separately, the ACP driver now reads cached input under ACP's own field names (cachedReadTokens, cachedWriteTokens), so an ACP agent's cached tokens are recorded at all. The bridge is npm install -g @agentclientprotocol/codex-acp.
• 9234ad9: Codex CLI is a full agent (codex-cli-is-a-full-agent, ADR 0051). Told no sandbox, codex exec ran read-only: an apply stage on codex-cli wrote nothing and was read as done. Codex now runs codex exec --json --sandbox workspace-write for plan, implement, update and verify, and --sandbox read-only for review and the rest; full access and the bypass flag are refused. A stage's model is passed with --model. The JSON stream is read: the agent's messages, the commands it runs and a failed one's exit code and output, the files it changed, the turn's token usage (cached input apart) - so a token ceiling can act on Codex - and a turn Codex reports failed fails the run (OSW-AGT-222), though codex exits 0. Its efforts follow codex's own model catalog: low, medium, high, xhigh, max - minimal, which no current model takes, goes - and before codex starts, a model it does not list, or an effort the model does not take, is refused in words (OSW-AGT-011, OSW-AGT-012).

• 662bf5d: An ACP agent is heard on stderr (an-acp-agent-is-heard-on-stderr). The ACP session driver - shared by claude-cli-acp, copilot-cli-acp, deepseek-cli-acp, codex-cli-acp and local-llm-acp - spawned each agent with stderr piped and never read it, so an agent writing its logs there could stall mid-run once the pipe filled, and a run that failed said only that the connection closed. stderr is now read from the moment the agent starts, handed on as stderr events as the raw-text adapters do, and the last of it (up to 4000 characters) ends a failed run's reason - "not signed in", a crash, whatever the agent said.
