Socktainer 1.5.2 fixes automatic Docker SDK API-version negotiation and automatic publishing of exposed ports. Remove the test workarounds that were required for Socktainer 1.5.1.

Restore plain docker.from_env() calls and remove the API-version helper. Use publish_all_ports=True for target-manager and VWQ. Keep VWS's explicit loopback binding because report download URLs need its host port before startup. Update the contributor instructions to require Socktainer 1.5.2 or later and remove the DOCKER_API_VERSION=1.51 instructions and obsolete issue links.

Validation on Python 3.15:

  • All six deployment tests pass on Docker Desktop 29.8.2, with retries disabled.
  • All six deployment tests pass on Apple container 1.5.0 through released Socktainer 1.5.3, with retries disabled and no API-version override. The Docker SDK automatically negotiates API 1.51; the target-manager and VWQ ports are published automatically.
  • Pre-commit and pre-push hooks pass, including Mypy, Pyright, ty, Pyrefly, public-type verification, and test partition checking.
  • Pylint passes with 10.00/10; HTML and spelling documentation builds pass with warnings treated as errors; git diff --check passes.
