Use one search result for keyboard navigation and rendering.
getEmojiPickerRows uses core searchEmojis, which removes U+0307 before matching. Patched Frimousse does not remove it. For example, Turkish data contains Bayrak: İzlanda; searching izl can select it in the keyboard rows while Frimousse omits it. Enter then inserts selectedEmoji even when no rendered button exists.
Use the same search implementation for both paths. At minimum, require a visible selection before Enter inserts an emoji:

Replaces emoji-mart in the inline and comment reaction pickers with Frimousse, using the core locale data from #3120. Keeps custom emoji-data URL support, updates the localization example and docs, and carries picker regression coverage plus updated UI screenshots.
Verified: React build, 2 targeted picker tests, docs link validation, and type-aware lint (two generator warnings). The docs route could not be rendered locally: the dev server returns 500 while compiling an unrelated generated mobile-toolbar example that imports the removed ExperimentalMobileFormattingToolbarController export. Browser E2E was not run; this repository requires Docker for browser snapshots.
