fix(lit-virtual): reattach scroll observers when the host reconnects - #1357
Lit virtualizers stopped updating after their host was removed and inserted again.
hostDisconnected runs the cleanup from _didMount, which drops scrollElement and its scroll observers. hostConnected only called _didMount(). Lit does not schedule an update when a host with no pending change is reattached, so hostUpdated (and therefore _willUpdate) never ran again. Scrolling left the original rows in place.
hostConnected now calls _willUpdate() so a scroll element that is already readable, such as the window, is observed immediately. Lit's ref clears its value on disconnect and restores it only after hostConnected returns, which is how the fixed example finds its scroll container. The controller also requests a host update, and the following hostUpdated runs _willUpdate() once that ref is populated again.
A test removes and reinserts a virtualizer host with no pending update, scrolls the container, and checks that the rendered range moves.
Virtual lists now resume tracking their scroll position after being disconnected and reconnected. Scrolling after reconnecting updates the visible rows correctly, rather than leaving the list showing stale content or failing to respond. This keeps virtualized lists working as expected when their host is temporarily removed from the page and later restored.
hostDisconnected drops the scroll element, and Lit does not run
hostUpdated when a host with no pending update is reattached. Observe
the scroll element again from hostConnected, and request an update so
refs restored after that callback are picked up.

The Lit virtualizer controller now rechecks its scroll element and requests a host update when the host reconnects. A regression test checks that virtual rows update after reinsertion and scrolling. A patch changeset records the package change.

hostConnected now calls _willUpdate() and requests a host update. A regression test removes and reinserts the host, then checks that scrolling updates the rendered rows. The changeset records a patch release for @tanstack/lit-virtual.
TanStack/virtual#1334: Both changes call _willUpdate() and request a host update through the Lit controller.
TanStack/virtual#1353: Both changes re-run update logic when a scroll element becomes available again.

Explanation
Issue #1354 requires a reattached Lit virtualizer to resume observing its scroll container and render rows for the current scroll offset. VirtualizerControllerBase.hostConnected() now calls _willUpdate() and requests a host update. The implementation handles readable scroll elements immediately and restores a Lit ref on the follow-up update. The regression test removes and reinserts the host without a pending update, scrolls the container, and verifies that row 20 appears and row 0 disappears.

Cover window-scroll reconnect in the reconnect test.
The reconnect test uses VirtualizerController with an element scroll container, so it exercises the deferred ref restore path. WindowVirtualizerController is not removed and reinserted in any test. Its only test calls hostConnected and hostDisconnected directly, which does not exercise DOM reattachment. The hostConnected change applies to both controllers, and the window controller can observe immediately because it does not use a ref. A window reconnect case would protect that path.
This is a coverage improvement. No window-specific failure is established in this checkout.

Add a reconnect test for WindowVirtualizerController that removes and reinserts
its host in the DOM, exercising the actual reconnection lifecycle rather than
calling hostConnected and hostDisconnected directly. Keep the existing
element-scroll reconnect coverage unchanged.
