Fix the oxlint errors in scripts/create-github-release.mjs:

Import fs from 'node:fs' (unicorn/prefer-node-protocol) and merge it with the existing globSync import from 'node:fs' (import/no-duplicates).
Sort the members imported from 'node:child_process' (sort-imports).
