Why

The Publish run for the merge of #336 failed while uploading 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.467. The .pom.sha1 PUT for validation-context got HTTP 400 from Artifact Registry. Several artifacts had already been uploaded by then, so .467 is now partially published:

• validation-gradle-plugin and spine-validation-jvm-runtime have .467.
• validation-context has only its .pom, and .467 is missing from its maven-metadata.xml.

Published versions are immutable, so re-running Publish on .467 cannot succeed. This PR moves to the next free version, .468 (it returns 404 in the snapshots registry), so the Publish workflow can run again after merge.

What changed

• Version: 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.467 → 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.468.

• Local dependency pins (buildSrc/.../dependency/local), each moved to the latest Spine snapshot:

  Compiler .079 declares the same Base, ToolBase, CoreJvm and Validation runtime versions that this build already uses. The Compiler dogfooding version stays at .069, matching earlier pin updates.

  The Validation pin stays at .464. CoreJvm Compiler .098 and Compiler .079 still pin Validation at .464. Moving the pin to .466 would put spine-validation-jvm-runtime .466 next to validation-java-bundle .464 in the resolved graph. The branch history shows that bump and its revert as separate commits. The pin can move once CoreJvm picks up a newer Validation.

• Dependency reports: docs/dependencies/{dependencies.md,pom.xml} were regenerated by a full build.

• Docs: the version literals embedded in "Build and release" and "Adding to build" now show Validation .468 and the CoreJvm plugin .098.

Verification

• ./gradlew build passed: 293 tasks executed, including all test and Spine Compiler codegen tasks.
• Against the pinned docs/_examples, after running :docs:updatePluginVersions (as CI's checkSamples does), embed-code -mode=check reports the docs are up to date.
