Releases Socket Python CLI 2.9.6 and updates the default reachability engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.10.46 to 15.10.48.When
--reachruns without--reach-version,DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSIONinreachability.pydrives the pinnednpx/ npm-install spec. The CLI reference default for--reach-versionand the changelog entry match. Package metadata (pyproject.toml,socketsecurity/__init__.py,uv.lock) are aligned to 2.9.6.
