WHY are these changes introduced?

shopify.dev's docs preview tooling now finds relevant pull requests by the files they change, so it no longer needs the shopify.dev preview label. That makes this workflow unnecessary, and removing it also takes Shopify-internal process out of the public repo.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

Deletes .github/workflows/shopify-dev-preview-automation.yml, the workflow whose only job was adding the shopify.dev preview label to PRs that change docs-shopify.dev/generated/generated_docs_data_v2.json. Nothing else references it. The label definition itself is left in place.

How to manually test your changes?

• Open or update a PR that changes docs-shopify.dev/generated/generated_docs_data_v2.json: no "Shopify Dev preview label" workflow runs and no label is added.
• Nothing else changes; no other workflows are touched.
