Explain how to reopen a project for editing after its owning editor closes. Clarify that normal closure releases the writer lock immediately even during a concurrent subprocess launch, and that the persistent lock target file is not evidence of a running editor.

Validation: npm run lint -- --max-warnings=0, npm run build, npx tsc --noEmit, npm audit --audit-level=moderate (zero vulnerabilities), and git diff --check passed.
