The Verify.XunitV3 bump to 33.3.4 pulls in xunit.v3.extensibility.core/xunit.v3.common 4.0.2 transitively, which violates the NU1608 version constraints pinned by xunit.v3 3.2.2 (treated as errors), breaking restore across every build/test/mutation job; separately, the new Verify package also introduces a mandatory SponsorCheck license requirement that fails the build outright. Resolving this requires either bumping xunit.v3 packages in tandem or adding a SponsorCheck license/exemption property, both of which are judgment calls beyond a trivial patch.

No dependency version was changed. See doc/handwritten/for-maintainers/workflows/dependabot-autofix.en.md.
