Summary

Bumps github.com/project-kessel/kessel-sdk-go from v1.11.1 to v1.13.0 to pick up the gRPC keepalive fix (RHCLOUD-51673) required before EWGW repointing.

Changes:

  • go.mod: kessel-sdk-go v1.11.1 → v1.13.0
  • go.sum: updated checksums

No code changes needed — the SDK's ClientBuilder API is backward-compatible. The keepalive fix is applied internally by the SDK's Build() method.
