AudioStream.format, AudioStream.layout, and VideoStream.format are now real properties that warn and point to cctx. They were only reachable through __getattr__, so stubtest reported the stub's properties as missing at runtime. add_stream() keyword arguments and Graph.add_buffer()/add_abuffer() stream templates read these from the codec context, so they don't warn. Rename Stream.codec_context to Stream.cctx, keeping codec_context as an alias.
