No description provided.

Since 3.15, `DocTestCase.runTest()` reports to the result that only
`run()` sets, so calling it directly raised `AttributeError` for every
doctest. Run each case into its own `TestResult` and fail with what it
collected.
Select packages, the extra uv index and the FFmpeg prebuilt from matrix
fields and `runner.os` instead of runner names. Also test FFmpeg 8.1.3
instead of 8.1.2.
Choose each unixlike job's Python from 3.12 to 3.15 in a setup job,
since a static matrix can't. riscv64 stops at 3.14 because neither RISE
nor PyPI has cp315 riscv64 wheels for numpy or Pillow, and jobs sharing
an OS and FFmpeg version never get the same Python.
