OpenObservation macros fail to expand because the binary package does not provide the
OpenObservationMacroshost plugin. Include the matching upstream macro sources and expose the plugin through both package manifests so consumers can use@Observableand@ObservationIgnoredwith the existing runtime XCFramework.Add matching observable counter previews to the OpenSwiftUI and SwiftUI playgrounds.
Both playgrounds compile and the existing import test passes on macOS with Xcode 26.6.
Fixes #1.
