Explain the va naming rule in the changelog instead of listing every rename - #375

The changelog bullet listed private fields (Panel, SemiInfiniteFilament and the solver's work buffers) next to the public API. It now states the va / _vec / _dist rule and names only the public names that break. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
