Adds Route Toolbar 0.5.10 to the OpenCPN Alpha plugin catalog for initial community testing.
Platforms included:
macOS Apple Silicon has been manually verified with OpenCPN 5.14.2 using the managed Plugin Manager flow.
macOS Intel, Windows x86_64 and Ubuntu 24.04 are CI build/package verified and are submitted to Alpha for broader runtime testing.
