A fresh export of the reviewed source commit. Every launcher and client snippet now pins @offline-protocol/cli@0.2.9, which is published on npm and carries the Mesh SDK 0.31.0 registry.

• The plugin is 0.1.4.
• The bundled skill covers Mesh SDK 0.31.0: the Ruby and browser packages, Flutter at React Native parity, peer RSSI and session healing.
• The MCP Registry records are cli 0.2.9 and hosted 0.2.9.
• SOURCE.json records the source commit and a sha256 for every file.

How this was exported and checked:

• node scripts/export-agent-plugins.mjs --out ... --check-npm passed its secret, path and pin checks.
• --check confirms this branch matches the export of df32363b929581812ff26544d2b917d5fc9f241c (36 files).
• The published 0.2.9 package was smoke-tested: offline --version, 18 MCP tools, get_package returns mesh-sdk 0.31.0, and a scaffold pins ^0.31.0.
