Post-V1: refresh Browserslist data and verify production build #3

The v1.0.0 release gate passes, but the Remix/Vite build reports that Browserslist/caniuse-lite data is several months old.\n\nScope:\n- Refresh Browserslist/caniuse-lite data through the normal npm workflow.\n- Keep package-lock changes minimal and reviewable.\n- Verify npm run build and the release gate subset still pass.\n- Confirm no browser target or bundle behavior changes unexpectedly.
