Dependabot opened #44 and #47 to move the CodeQL
analyzeandinitsteps to v4.39.1, one step each. CodeQL refuses to run when the two steps use different versions, so both pull requests failAnalyze (actions)andAnalyze (rust)and neither can merge alone.This puts every
github/codeql-actionupdate in one Dependabot group, the same configsqlcipher-srccarries, so future CodeQL releases arrive as a single pull request. Other GitHub Actions updates stay one per pull request. The same commit moves both steps to v4.39.1 to unblock the current pair, after which Dependabot should close #44 and #47 as up to date.
