Bump submodules for the plugin picker (manufacturer groups and subtitles)

Bumps 17 submodules to their merged plugin picker PRs. Each one is pinned to its base branch tip, which is the PR's merge commit. This replaces the tracking PR #478 by @Camji55.

The device chooser is now a full-screen sheet. It groups devices by manufacturer and services by category, shows an icon for each plugin, and puts a subtitle under each title naming the supported models or other details.
