Document an opt-in Parallel Search MCP setup for researching current library documentation and fetching web pages from lecode. Search uses Fast mode, with no Parallel account or API key needed. The guide includes HTTP configuration, tool discovery, a research prompt, and per-tool permission rules for readonly mode. Existing servers and model settings stay unchanged. The full local checks could not run because Python 3.15 is unavailable.
