Crowdin skips uploaded translations that match the English source (e.g. app_name, 1080p, MB), so with skip_untranslated_strings they were being dropped from translation files on download (35 strings in values-de). import_eq_suggestions: true keeps them. Runtime behaviour was unaffected either way (Android falls back to the identical English value), this just avoids churn.
