Add Crowdin two-way translation sync

Sets up Crowdin for Compressor's Android string resources.

• crowdin.yml: source app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml, translations in values-%android_code%/strings.xml, with language mappings so Crowdin writes to the existing folders (values-de, values-es, values-pt-rBR, values-zh-rCN, etc.) instead of region-suffixed ones.
• .github/workflows/crowdin.yml:
  • Upload (push to main touching any strings.xml, or manual run): uploads sources and translations, so translations edited locally sync to Crowdin.
  • Download (every 12h, or manual run after upload): pulls Crowdin translations into the l10n_crowdin branch and opens a PR.

Requires repo secrets CROWDIN_PROJECT_ID and CROWDIN_PERSONAL_TOKEN. After merging, run the workflow once manually to do the initial upload of the existing translations.
