Summary

0.15.1 is a patch release with no new commands. For someone running thirdshift, the main changes are that Pickup now counts a same-second Claim hand-back (#1263), and the Console gives immediate feedback while dismissing rows (#1259).

• Pickup: a Trusted account can hand started work back in the same edit that removes its Claim, and it now counts in either label order. Earlier ready labels still do not count (Count same-second Claim hand-backs in either label order #1263).
• Console Dismiss/Undo: clicking Dismiss or Undo now shows "Dismissing…" or "Taking back dismissal…" straight away. It also prevents repeat submits through live updates, and keeps errors while allowing a retry on failure (Show immediate feedback while dismissing Console rows #1259).
• Dismissal Undo fix: Undo on a visible row no longer removes a hidden History row's Dismissal. This came with one scoped Inbox evaluation that now serves status, Console, Dismissal, GitHub refresh and watch deadlines (Deepen Inbox evaluation for rows, refresh work and deadlines #1254).
• Stages page: Stages (/?page=stages) now fills the window's full width, with or without Command details open. Lanes and the other pages keep their column (Let Stages fill the window's full width #1271).
• Log reading: a Snapshot now captures the Log inventory once and shares it across Command records, history, Session queries and the Logs listing (Share one Log inventory capture across Command observations #1248). Health, Inbox growth and watching also share each Command's captured log activity (Deepen Command reading with shared captured log activity #1260). Both are internal refactors with no format changes.

Also: docs updates recording the grillings of #1251 and of #1252/#1253, plus the glossary's Bar pass and fail levels (#1256, #1269).
