- Rewrite AGENTS.md with Mental Model, Repository Map, Knowledge Owners, Development Constraints, and Governance sections - Remove SVC v10 navigation block (replaced by v16 generated block) - Upgrade svc.json to schema 4 - .gitignore: add AGENTS.local.md to SVC-managed block - docs/index.md SVC navigation block regenerated by svc init - 20-product-tdd: rename core-py → impl-py, client-web → impl-ts in unit names and responsibility assignments - website/content: update GitHub repository links and link display text (InKCre/core-py → InKCre/impl-py, InKCre/client-web → InKCre/impl-ts); application names and /images/client-web/ resource paths preserved
Format architecture.md, contributing.md, and index.md to satisfy the Website contract format:check gate.
