Use Todd’s actual Dallas (red/brown/white) and Benji (black/white) photographs in labeled homepage portraits and a story gallery. Shorten the homepage to one compact purpose paragraph before tools, with direct exploration and story links. Add shared responsive navigation, clearer cards, accessible skip link, reduced-motion support and responsive WebP sources with EXIF/XMP/IPTC metadata omitted.
Validation: six site tests and all five value-demo positive/negative jsdom interactions pass. Existing launch CI checks actual filesystem failures and measured release gates. Local browser preview was unreachable; live desktop/mobile layouts will be checked after deployment and corrected if needed. Photo license separated from software. No npm release needed.
