Launch walkthrough: https://deployanyway.github.io/launch/. The [runnable project](launch/README.md) uses all five published npm packages with actual filesystem failures, request scopes, incident drafts and measured Node/c8/build receipts. CI verifies both passing and blocked builds. [Short launch post](launch/POST.md) is ready to copy and share.

The story behind the project: https://deployanyway.github.io/story/. Dallas and Benji inspire the curiosity, creativity, play and care that lead into the tools on the homepage. The trail vignette is explicitly imagined; no unprovided real-life episode or individual dog personality is asserted.

Static HTML, CSS and browser ES modules. No analytics, accounts or backend. Inputs stay in the browser. The five demos use vendored 1.0.0 package source; the dog logger uses a single-string `node:util` adapter because the form does not accept formatting arguments. This adapter is not a replacement for the npm library's full Node formatting behavior.

Dallas and Benji are our fun-loving, high-energy huskies. Their spirit
is the starting point for DeployAnyway: curiosity about what comes
next, enthusiasm for an adventure, and just enough mischief to make
the ordinary interesting.

<p>
Imagine the world through a husky’s eyes. A familiar path still has
something worth investigating. A little detour might become the best
part of the day. And when excitement turns into zoomies, the joy is
wonderfully obvious. Dallas and Benji remind us to bring that same
attention and delight to the things we make.
</p>
<p>
Many of us started coding with that feeling: a question, a tiny
experiment, the thrill of making something work. Deadlines and long
debugging sessions can crowd it out. We want to make room for it
again—for passion, for playful ideas, for the wonderfully unnecessary
“I wonder if…” that sometimes leads somewhere useful.
</p>
<p>
That’s our purpose. Make useful little things with personality. Give
someone a smile during a difficult day. Stay curious enough to learn,
and care enough to check what we ship. Bring a little mischief to the
idea; bring honesty and evidence to the result.

Developers love to have fun, too. A debugging session can use a rubber
duck, a release can use a reality check, and a terminal can use a
little personality. DeployAnyway brings that energy to small tools
with useful behavior and original humor. The jokes are optional;
caring about the work is the point.
A terminal can have a personality. An error can become a useful next
question. A difficult moment can have an honest update. Logs can carry
context, and a release can have a reason to feel confident. These are
the small places where our tools help—and where a little fun belongs.

<h1>Two huskies. An unreasonable amount of possibility.</h1>

Dallas and Benji are our fun-loving, high-energy huskies. They inspire
the heart of DeployAnyway: approach the world with curiosity, bring your
whole enthusiasm to an adventure, and remember that enjoying yourself is
a worthwhile part of the day.
</p>

<section class="why" aria-labelledby="adventure-title">
<h2 id="adventure-title">
The adventure begins with “What’s over there?”
</h2>
<p>
Picture a fork in a trail through a husky’s eyes. One direction is
familiar. The other offers something to investigate. There’s a pause,
a curious nose, an unreasonable amount of enthusiasm—and suddenly the
detour feels like the point.
</p>
<p>
That little imagined adventure captures the spirit Dallas and Benji
bring to this project. Curiosity makes familiar things interesting.
Play turns an ordinary moment into something memorable. Mischief
supplies the occasional question nobody sensible thought to ask.
</p>
<p>
And the zoomies? A reminder that joy doesn’t need a business case.
</p>
</section>
<section class="why" aria-labelledby="maker-title">
<h2 id="maker-title">We recognize that feeling at a keyboard.</h2>
<p>
Think back to something you made just because you wanted to see
whether you could. A tiny script. A strange little website. An
experiment that kept you up because the next idea was too interesting
to leave alone.
</p>
<p>
You followed a question. You tried something. It broke. You learned.
Then it worked, and for a moment the whole thing felt like
possibility.
</p>
<p>
That’s passion in its everyday form: caring enough to keep going.
Creativity is giving an unusual idea a chance. Curiosity is being
willing to discover that your first answer was wrong. Fun is the part
that makes you want to come back tomorrow.
</p>
<p>
Professional life has plenty of tickets, deadlines and serious
conversations. We want developers to keep a little room for that
original spark, too.

<h2 id="purpose-title">Make useful things. Enjoy the making.</h2>
<p>
DeployAnyway is our way of carrying that spirit into everyday
development. Small open-source tools can save a little effort, make a
failure easier to understand, or bring a smile to a long debugging
session. They can have a personality and still deserve care.
</p>
<p>
Our motto is a wink: “Software nobody requested, built with
questionable priorities, and shipped with absolute confidence!” The
purpose underneath it is sincere. Follow the interesting idea. Share
what you make. Treat people’s time and trust with respect.
</p>
<p>
Put the mischief into a character, a phrase, or an unexpected
experiment. Check the actual result. Preserve failures. Say what you
know and what you don’t. Leave the next person something useful to
work with.
</p>
<p>
Dallas and Benji supply the reminder: bring your energy, stay
interested, and let yourself enjoy the adventure.
